Warner TV Group Inks Online Distribution

Warner Bros. Television Group has signed distribution agreements with several online Web sites that call for the September launch of branded broadband channels featuring new and library ad-supported TV programming and movies.

The channels at Dailymotion.com, Joost.com, Sling Media, TiVo and Veoh Networks also include TheWB.com, KidsWB.com and two new destinations featuring classic Warner TV series and science-fiction.

Original online series for TheWB.com include “Sorority Forever,” from director McG (Charlie’s Angels); sorority reality series “Big Fantastic”; and a yet-to-be named series from writer/producer Josh Schwartz (“Gossip Girl,” “Chuck” and “The O.C.”).
